The theme at the current Retro Rubber Challenge is "Emboss It"! Or more precisely use embossing powder. A friend of mine needed a wedding card and wanted me to use the wedding colors: turquoise, silver, and lavender (see the little pearls?).
Stamps: JRL Design (flower heart), Hero Arts (sentiment)
I've had this heart of flowers for a very long time but I think it's still very pretty and delicate. Embossed it in silver on shimmery vellum. The turquoise heart in the center is cut by hand from some very cool color changing (depending on how you hold it) paper. Don't really know how to describe it...

Retro Rubber Challenge #10 "Emboss It"
Will be back in a few hours with another guest design post for the Time Out Challenge. Hope you come back for it!

Beautiful card! I would call the center heart paper iridescent? Clean and simple but oh so elegant. Thank you for joining us over at Retro Rubber!

Stunning wedding card, Susanne...elegant and classy with the embossing, the colours and yes, those special-touch-lavender pearls! The center heart is gorgeous! The newlyweds will treasure this!
