Happy Summer!

With this little card I wish you (in the northern hemisphere) a very happy summer and hope you enjoy every minute of it! Stamp sets from several different companies played very nicely together on this card. Don't you wish that people (especially politicians) would do the same...?

Stamps: Stampin' Up (sun, watermelon from an old, retired set), Technique Tuesday (sentiment), Lawn Fawn (ants), My Favorite Things (gingham, wooden backgrounds)

And since some of you really enjoyed the pictures in my last post I am going to show you some more of the beautiful city of Nuremberg:

Did you know that there are over 1,000 different kinds of bread in Germany? This display looked so gorgeous...
Next time I'll show you some photos of my hometown which is much smaller and not as famous but still pretty.

Be well,

What a fun card Susanne! Love the table with the tablecloth - very creative! - and those cute little ants that have taken a bite out of that succulent watermelon (though I wouldn't think them quite so cute if they were on my watermelon, I'm a big fan of watermelon) ;) Your photos of Nuremberg are gorgeous! TFS with us! Have a lovely Sunday! Love & Hugs. Hazel xx

Ok. So I saw your amazing fun summery card, and fell madly in love with the gingham table cloth you created. Had to take a break and order a gingham stamp from Clear & Simple stamps since they're having a sale....Love that you're such a positive enabler, lol!! Such a fun card, Suzanne. That watermelon looks delicious and those ants are a hoot! Such a perfect card. Those photos are beautiful, and they make me want to jump on a plane bound for Europe. *sigh* Looking forward to the ones of your hometown! Have a great week. Bev
