I took time today to make a card after watching Laura Sterckx video in which she created an ombre background. I used her layout (because I just love her style) but used different colors and a very long neglected background stamp from Judikins.
I like the result and it was pretty easy. I am sure I will use this technique more often!

Hello, classmate!! How wonderful to spot your card in the gallery, then come over to see its stunning beauty in 'full size' here! I haven't submitted anything yet, because *head hanging* I don't have any 'suitable' full size background stamps, and I can't yet wrap my head around adapting what I do have. I need to make something though..maybe my script stamps will work! Whatever...I'll figure it out or better yet, go shopping and catch up with these lessons later. Win-win either way!
